MyTolong offers many goods/services such as logistics, mechanics, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, rentals and many more.
You can click on ‘Forgot Password’, and it will need you to submit your registered email address to get a password reset link. You can click on the link and set up your new password.
The amount charged for each good/service will be displayed in the ‘View Service Details’ in the MyTolong app that is set by the serviceman.
Yes, MyTolong operates 24 hours. MyTolong is here for you to help you during your emergency times. Please check whether the serviceman is available or not.
You can pay either with cash or online after confirming your booking on the MyTolong app by using a credit or debit card.
You have to download MyTolong SP and register as either individual or a professional company. After the admin has verified you as a service provider, you can set your working hours, services, and the price for the services.
The services coverage is all around Malaysia, but it also depends on the location of the serviceman registered in MyTolong.
You can see your booking details in ‘My Bookings’, and find them under ‘Past Booking’.
Go on ‘My Bookings’ and look for ‘Cancel Booking’ in ‘Ongoing Bookings’. Cancelling your booking may cause some cancellation charges on your next booking.
You can check-in ‘My Bookings’ and see ‘Track Status’. It will let you know and track the location of the technician.
You can rate their services after the service is complete in the ‘Rating and Review’ section.
It will only take around 24 – 48 hours to get a verification email from the admin.
